Epoq – Hear sounds the way you were meant to. (Mild to severe losses, all models including Receiver in the Ear and Open fittings)
Epoq is the first generation of hearing instruments to offer Bluetooth connectivity. Epoq also features communication between aids, which helps you know where a sound is coming from and in locating the person who is speaking. Communication between aids allows easier adjustments – one control will change both aids. A Streamer is also available with Epoq, which allows the aids to be connected via Bluetooth to your mobile phone, computer, iPod, etc. The future is here! Epoq is available in all styles, including In the Ear, Behind the Ear and Receiver in the Ear aids. A Power Epoq will be available later in the year. There are 3 levels of Epoq, with the entry level offering superior sound and Binaural Coordination and the top levels extended frequency response and more sophisticated Binaural Processing. Epoq XW and W offer an extended frequency response up to 10kHz and 10 fitting bands. The Epoq V extends to 8kHz with 8 fitting bands. Epoq’s design is another award winning Oticon innovation, integrating style with superior sound. |

Delta – Simplicity, sophistication & style (Mild to severe high tones losses suitable for Receiver in the Ear Open fittings)
Delta offers one of the most sophisticated sound processing technologies available today. Delta is all about helping you get on with your active life without noticing you are wearing it. With Delta at your side, speech always comes through clearly whether you are listening to voices or music. Dramatically different from any previous design, Delta propels hearing devices into the 21st century and sets a new standard for aesthetics. Delta’s “high-tech”, triangular design and nearly invisible sound wire make the whole device as discreet as you want it to be, or as a fashion statement. Syncro’s capabilities are unique in that it mimics the way our brain works using Artificial Intelligence. By constantly matching your world to your hearing, and continuously optimizing speech, Syncro enables your best possible hearing – all day and in every place. Syncro extends to 7kHz and has 8 fitting bands for excellent customization. |

Vigo – Epoq styling at a moderate price. (Mild to severe losses in all styles, including the RITE and Corda open fittings.
The Vigo family features the same styling as the Epoq, but with a mid range price. The Vigo Pro combines Automatic Multiband Adaptive Directionality with Tristate Noise Management to focus on speech while reducing background noise. Vigo Pro also has VC learning, which allows the aid to “learn” your loudness preferences in different environments. Vigo Pro offers an extended frequency range to 8000 Hz and 8 fitting bands for better speech clarity and is available in all styles, including the Receiver In The Ear. A power model will be available later in 2008. The Vigo offers most of the features of the Vigo Pro, but at a price which is realistic for most budgets. It features Adaptive Directionality and Modulation based noise management, with the frequency range up to 6kHz and 6 fitting bands. The size 312 battery creates a very slim fit. |

The Tego family hearing aids are developed for today’s active hearing aid user. They are designed to suit all types and degrees of hearing loss with a traditional styling. There is a full range of Tego hearing aids available in different colours, shapes and sizes, including the slim tube Corda Behind the Ear aid. Tego Pro uses an intelligent technology called DecisionMaker to provide superior noise reduction and speech clarity. The DecisionMaker restores speech by focusing on it, while at the same time reducing unwanted noise to ensure comfort. All this happens automatically, so you don’t have to do a thing to hear better. Tego Pro functions up to 7.6 kHz and there are 5 fitting bands to provide good customization and its adaptive split directionality offers automatic reduction of interference in the mid frequencies, even if it is moving. Tego is a more affordable, but quality aid. The Tego Behind the Ear aid is now offered free to eligible pensioners. Tego features automatic fixed directionality and extends to 6kHz and has 4 fitting bands to offer good customization. The Tego family DecisionMaker removes two common complaints made by hearing aids users – the sound of one’s own voice and annoying whistling and ensures a more comfortable fit. By removing feedback and preserving the natural ‘open’ ear canal, this technology ensures that your own voice never sounds dull or echoed. It also allows you to use a telephone or receive a hug without any annoying feedback whistling. |
